Vehicle Delivery for Your New Nissan

Dick Smith Nissan of St. Andrews is pleased to announce that Nissan is among the top non-luxury automotive brands in the 2024-2025 Automotive Reputation Report.  Nissan secured third place with a Reputation Score of 705 out of 1000.  For what it’s worth, Toyota was not among the top three.  Nissan has ranked among the top five brands in this report every year since the inaugural report in 2019.

Reputation is a research firm that analyzes product quality and consumer perception among several industries, including health care, restaurants and hospitality, financial services, senior care, property management, retail, and the automotive industry.

Program offers lessees a streamlined option to purchase additional miles online or via mobile app

Their annual North American Automotive Industry Report evaluates both automotive brands and dealerships across North America using a proprietary Reputation Score, which measures sentiment, engagement, and visibility on a 100 to 1,000 scale.

This year’s report included responses from 5.5 million car buyers, offering insights into the following:

  • Evolving sentiment of auto consumers
  • Influence of online reviews on car sales
  • Characteristics of top-performing dealerships

The report confirms that brands prioritizing reputation management experience increased customer satisfaction. Nissan continues to launch new initiatives that enhance the buying and ownership experience. This includes programs such as the recently introduced Nissan Maintenance Care. Nissan covers new vehicle maintenance, including up to three oil changes, for two years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

For customers of our EV models, Nissan has introduced NISSAN ENERGY Charge, through which owners can easily find and pay for charging at over 90,000 public chargers across the U.S. using the MyNISSAN app.

Nissan’s SignatureFLEX Lease program makes it convenient for leasing customers to purchase extra miles on their lease online or through the MyNISSAN app. Meanwhile, the Nissan @ Home program simplifies the purchase process by enabling consumers to handle much of it online and from the comfort of their homes.

Finally, as Nissan vehicles add more technically sophisticated features like its Safety Shield 360,  ProPILOT Assist, and the many available features of the infotainment systems, the Second Delivery program helps owners understand their vehicles through a personalized, in-person approach.  The program started with the Ariya and has since been added to the Rogue SL, Rogue Platinum, and LEAF.
