It was a no pressure buying experience. They were still willing to negotiate a fair price on trade in and purchase of another vehicle.

Dealership is nice and clean. Service adviser was nice and did keep me updated on the repairs. However the repairs took 2 weeks. This was after the parts were delivered. Have to return vehicle now because transmission is leaking and vehicle is stalling after being driven. Wasn't doing that before. Only drove it 70 miles after repairs and now it has to be returned.

Great service always I have no complaints I will be back. I have nothing but good things to say.

While the service was excellent, charging three percent for using a credit card is really petty. Especially with the prices you charge. I guess I could carry a couple of thousand dollars on me to avoid the charge, or I could just go elsewhere for my service.

One negative comment. The parts dept does not respond to emails requesting price and availability of items.

I appreciate the professionalism at Dick Smith Nissan / St Andrews / Fernandino Rd. I appreciate that when the dealer services a vehicle and replaces a part, you get a limited warranty on those parts.

Service advisor very good. Secretary very nice also.. You use to have refreshment in the waiting area ,would be nice to have especially when you are sitting a long time waiting for a car.

Greeted promptly and addressed why there. Car was taken back promptly. Adviser came and reviewed additional car needs based on the tech’s inspection of my car. The advisor was able to help me decide on the additional service to be done that day and was completed.

My wife and I had a very good experience in purchasing our new car. The whole staff was very nice and treated us with respect. Everyone of the staff that we were introduced to were very nice and treated us well. The office environment was very nice and clean. The whole team was professional in the whole sales experience.

Was a rocky start due to a part delay. Wrong part ordered which caused a wasted visit of 3 hours and then a reorder. My ticket was open and couldn't be found after several calls to reschedule. Part had to ordered again. All that said, the end of the story went great and I am very pleased. I believe they worked hard to make things right.

Carter had me set up in the system and told me how long it would take to do the maintenance. He came out later and explained why it was taking slightly longer than promised. The oil plan had to be unexpectedly replaced. The cost was as promised. The staff is always very professional.

The service center is pretty good. People friendly and they get you on your appointments time. Only thing for me is my second time here and when I get my car back it’s always funky and I just feel it’s too early in the morning for anyone to smell like that.

From start to finish, the customer service was really good. I was greeted at the door of my car. They took pictures of the parts that needed repairs and made sure I understood The pricing as well as what needed to be done.

So I totally trust this dealership and its staff, which is most important to me because no one wants to feel like they are being sold a bunch of stuff they don’t need. So, that said, the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because I went in for an oil change, and to have them check why my breaks were squeaking when I drove in reverse, and it took three hours. I had the transmission replaced on my 2013 Nissan Versa at Dick Smith on 3670 Fernandina Road recently and had a bad experience. Justin Musser quoted me a price of $6200 total ($4200 transmission, $2000 labor). It was not until I called another auto company that I got a significantly lower price $5610.99 ($3601.58 transmission, $1381.21) that Justin agreed to give me the lower price when he should have tried to give me the best price as the customer in the beginning.
